General Return Guidelines
If you are not satisfied with your part(s) within 30 days of receipt of your order, you may return products that:
- Are in their original packaging
- Are not damaged or previously installed
- Do not have missing parts
- Has original manufacturer information enclosed
- Have an authorization number
- Include a copy of your packaging slip or invoice
- Was not a "special build" or painted for you
We will issue credit for the product when your return meets these guidelines.
Damaged Products
You must contact us within 24 hours of the receipt of package (s) to report any damage, not transportation related, or product shortages. We are not responsible for shortages reported after 24 hours of the receipt. Please call us toll free immediately at 1-800-321-1903. All packages are the responsibility of the consignee and must be inspected upon receipt. Starcraft is not responsible for transportation damages. Carrier claims must be initiated immediately and submitted by consignee.
